PROGRAMS
Novice Youth Boxing Training (ages 6 -16 non-competitive)
Youth will learn the foundational elements of boxing. The training consists of 60-minute
classes, 2 days a week, nonstop session (warm up, designated workout for the day and
cool down) with a certified USA Boxing Silver-Level Coach, focused on teaching the art
of the sweet science. The program is designed to improve self-discipline, critical
thinking skills, and cardiovascular health. It will not only improve the youth’s self-
confidence but also help shape his/her character, integrity, and self-awareness.
Novice Adult (ages 17 and above non-competitive)
Adults will learn the foundational elements of boxing. The training consists of 60-minute
classes, 2 days a week, nonstop session (warm up, designated workout for the day and
cool down) with a certified USA Boxing Silver-Level Coach, focused on teaching the art
of the sweet science. The program is designed to improve self-discipline, critical
thinking skills, and cardiovascular health. It will not only improve the youth’s self-
